OUR HOME STUDY COURSE IN THE TRIKA (KASHMIR) SHAIVISM OF THE SPANDA SCHOOL. The teachings and practices taught on the Supreme Meditation path are largely based on the teachings and principles of Trika (Kashmir) Shaivism and The Spanda School of Vasuguptacharya and his successors, including the great sage, Abhinavaguptacharya. The principles taught in this home study course are taken from the Shaiva Agamas and Tantras of Shaivism.
